1.1 Shipping Time:

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected during checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided at the time of purchase. Please allow additional time for deliveries to remote areas.

1.3 Delivery Cost:

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, shipping method, and the weight/size of the products ordered. Shipping costs will be displayed and confirmed during the checkout process.

1.4 Shipping Restrictions:

1.4.1 International Shipping:

Currently we do not offer international shipping. We are working hard to serve our customers out of the UAE. You can however get in touch with us at orders@royaloudperfumes.com for international shipping and our customer service team can help provide assistance with the same.

1.4.2 Restricted Items:

Certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions due to local regulations. We will notify you if any items in your order cannot be shipped to your location.

1.5 ORDER TRACKING

On shipping your order, we will send a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can check the shipment status of your order on our delivery partner’s website by entering the tracking number.
