RETURNS

1.1 Return Policy:

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return eligible items within [X] days from the date of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions outlined below.

1.2 Cancellation Policy:

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible. Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed for shipment. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

1.3 Return Conditions:

We don’t offer returns or exchanges of products unless you receive them damaged or defective.

1.3.1 Eligible Items:

To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in their original, unused condition, and in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

1.3.2 Return Process:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our Customer Service team to initiate a return.
2. Package the item(s) securely, in its original packaging.
3. Our delivery partner shall get in touch with you to set up a pick up time slot.
4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process the refund or exchange.

1.3.3 Return Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped).

1.3.4 Refund or Exchange:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item(s). Exchanges will be processed promptly upon receipt of the returned item(s).

1.3.5 Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items, such as opened or used fragrances, are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
